At Legacy Life Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing valuable life coaching services and high quality digital products to customers around the world. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website. Due to the nature of life coaching services and digital goods, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read the following carefully.

1. Life Coaching Sessions, Packages and Programs
All sales of coaching services, including individual sessions, packages, and programs, are final upon purchase. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a session has been booked or completed. This extends to any promotional offers, discounted sessions, or packages, which are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
2. Appointments

We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with adequate notice may be rescheduled without penalty. 

3. How to Request a Reschedule

To request a reschedule or discuss your experience, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: In the email subject line, please write your name, ‘reschedule appointment’ and the appointment date and time (e.g. Steph – reschedule appointment – Nov 24th at 10am). In the email, please state the reason for your request.
Wait for Response: We will respond within 24 hours to assist you
4. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot offer refunds for our services, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. If you feel that your session did not meet your expectations, please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of your session and we will do our best to address your concerns.

5. Digital Product Purchases

All sales of digital products, including downloadable content, e-books, software, and other digital files, are final once the purchase is completed and the product has been delivered.

6. Change of Mind

Due to the instant access provided to our digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions and any available previews before making a purchase.

7. Faulty or Not as Described

If you believe there is an issue with your digital product, such as it being faulty or not as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. We will require the following information:

Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)
Details about the issue with the product

If we determine that the product is faulty or not as described, we will provide a remedy, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a faulty or incorrectly described product, please follow these steps:

Provide Information: In the email subject line, please write your name, ‘issue with order’ and the digital product name (e.g. Steph – issue with order – manifestation playbook). In the email, please state the reason for your request.
Wait for Response: We will respond within 14 business days to assist you
9. Exceptions

Please note that certain products may be excluded from our refund policy if they fall under specific conditions, such as:

Custom or personalized digital products
Products that have been downloaded
10. International Clients

For clients outside of Australia, please be aware that any sessions are conducted in English and are subject to our local time zone (Sydney NSW GMT+11). If you have any specific concerns regarding international transactions, please contact us.

No Show & Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

I understand that emergencies do occur, so if you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency, Legacy Life Coaching, at its sole discretion, will determine if a refund can be granted. Qualified refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation.
