Welcome to Legacy Life Coaching! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products, including group and private coaching sessions, downloadable digital assets, in-person workshops, and retreats. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview of Services
Legacy Life Coaching offers the following services:
Group Coaching: where women come together for support, learning, and growth.
Private Coaching: one-on-one life coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Digital Assets: downloadable coaching tools and personal development resources.
In-Person Workshops: to help women build confidence, clarity, and connection.
In-Person Retreats: exclusive, immersive destination retreats designed to promote transformative healing, personal growth, and empowerment for women.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any of our services, participating in our coaching programs, downloading our digital assets, and/or attending our workshops or retreats, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or products.
3. Account Registration and Security
In order to access certain services, such as coaching programs, digital assets, workshops, or retreats,, you may need to create an account on our website. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Coaching Services
Group Coaching: are designed for women to receive support and guidance in a group setting. These sessions are interactive, and participants are expected to engage respectfully with others. Legacy Life Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or disruptively during group coaching programs.

Private Coaching Sessions: are one-on-one sessions, delivered virtually. Sessions are scheduled in advance and may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. A late cancellation or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in a forfeiture of the session fee.

Workshops and Retreats: Legacy Life Coaching offers workshops and retreats at various locations around the globe to facilitate personal growth. These events are limited in capacity and require advanced registration.
5. Digital Assets
Legacy Life Coaching offers downloadable digital assets (e.g., eBooks, workbooks, journals, meditations, affirmations, guides, courses, etc) that are designed to support your personal development. Once purchased, digital assets are non-refundable and for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, copy or share these digital assets without express permission from Legacy Life Coaching.
6. Pricing and Payment
Fees for Services: All coaching, workshops, and retreat fees are listed on our website and are subject to change at our discretion. Payment must be made in full before services are provided, except where specified otherwise.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via major credit cards and other secure payment platforms. All transactions are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.

Refunds: Our refund and cancellation policies are outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Group Coaching: If you are unable to attend a group coaching call, recordings may be available for you to review within 48 hours of the call. No advance notice is required.

Private Coaching: If you need to cancel or reschedule a private coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend a scheduled session, the session fee will be forfeited.

Workshops and Retreats: Cancellations for workshops and retreats are subject to our specific cancellation policies. In general, cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Digital Assets: Digital assets are non-refundable once purchased.

8. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants in our coaching programs, workshops, and retreats. You agree to:
Treat other participants, coaches, and staff with kindness, respect, and courtesy.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during coaching sessions and events.
Complete homework as required by your group or private coaching program to achieve results.
Refrain from any behavior that may disrupt or harm the experience of others, including harassment, discriminatory remarks, or unlawful activity.
Refrain from recording or posting videos or photos online of coaching sessions without explicit permission from participants, coaches, and staff.
By participating in coaching services, workshops, or retreats with Legacy Life Coaching, you agree to engage in respectful, professional conduct both during and after your participation. You acknowledge that Legacy Life Coaching values feedback and constructive criticism but requests that all communications regarding our services, whether online or offline, be respectful and fair.
You agree not to make defamatory, harmful, or false statements about Legacy Life Coaching, its founder, coaches, or other participants. In the event that you have concerns or complaints about our services, you agree to first address them directly with us in a constructive manner, allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
We are committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for all of our clients, and we expect the same in return. Legacy Life Coaching reserves the right to remove any individual from our programs or events who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide the highest quality coaching and personal development resources, Legacy Life Coaching does not guarantee specific results from any of our services. The outcomes of our services depend on a variety of factors, including your active participation, commitment, and efforts.

Health and Wellness: Our coaching services are intended for personal development and general life improvement. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions regarding your physical or mental health.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Life Coaching’s liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Legacy Life Coaching, including coaching materials, digital assets, website content, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use our materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise authorized. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without express permission from Legacy Life Coaching without facing legal action.
